9Zero, a global climate community based in San Francisco, aims to bring together passionate climate advocates through their app, digital environment, and shared office/coworking space. Their first location at 350 California in downtown San Francisco was inaugurated by hosting Climate Week San Francisco just days after acquiring the space.
Problem
Launched less than two months ago, 9Zero seeks to create brand awareness, raise capital to scale operations, and increase memberships. They need strategic assistance to achieve these goals and establish a strong presence in the climate advocacy space.
Goal
9Zero aims to raise $3 million in capital to scale its operations across the West Coast, targeting new locations in San Francisco, Seattle, and Los Angeles, and in 2025 expanding to East Coast cities including New York, Boston, and Washington, D.C. Additionally, 9Zero aims to develop a cohesive brand and voice for the climate community, including a comprehensive marketing strategy and execution plan.
Approach
- Investor Persona Development: Identified and defined the ideal investor personas to target for fundraising efforts.
- Pitch Deck Creation: Developed a compelling pitch deck to present to potential investors, highlighting 9Zero’s mission, vision, and growth potential.

Results
Although still in the early stages of the campaign, 9Zero has received a significant number of inquiries and potential investment prospects. The development and presentation of the pitch deck have generated considerable excitement and positive feedback.
