GivingTuesday is a global generosity movement designed to inspire people to do good by unleashing the power of radical generosity, fostering a year-round culture of giving, collaboration, and community engagement, where millions worldwide contribute their time, resources, and voices to support various causes, thus creating a more generous world.
Problem
While GINM was successful in their mission of supporting veterans, seniors, and individuals experiencing homelessness, they needed to boost philanthropic donations to further expand their programs.
Goal
Enhance the organization's giving program and increase donations, particularly during the Giving Tuesday campaign.
Approach
GINM partnered with Return on Good to audit their giving infrastructure, develop a comprehensive Giving Tuesday outreach campaign, and create an impactful video to share their story. The campaign included a $10,000 matching donation to incentivize giving.
Results
The campaign successfully increased donations from both the board and the community. It also prepared GINM for future campaigns with improved impact marketing and access to modern giving vehicles.
